Here's a simple exercise for activating your mind, increasing alertness and boosting your memory. All you have to do is look at each group of numbers, grap a quick "photo" of them in your mind, close your eyes and recite them back while your eyes are still closed. By the way, when you open your eyes to check the answers against your memory, you are almost doubling the effectiveness of the exercise. Do you know why?
